Registration for the conference and hotel reservation links will open on March 1. Early registration will run through May 4. Regular registration will close on June 6. Onsite registration will be available subject to space availability.

Student (Graduate, Undergraduate)

Early: $250 Regular: $350 Onsite: $450

Post-doctoral Student

Early: $400 Regular: $500 Onsite: $600

Commercial/Government

Early: $625 Regular: $725 Onsite: $825

One-Day Satellite or School Only (Monday and Tuesday)

Early: $150 Regular: $250 Onsite: $350

Two-Day Satellite or School Only (Monday and Tuesday)

International Travelers

International travelers requiring a letter of participation or invitation for visa purposes are encouraged to register early, beginning March 1. To request a letter to assist with your visa application, you must be registered and paid in full for the conference. Once you have completed that step, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

• Registration order number
• Legal name (as it appears on your passport)
• Legal address
• Source of funding

Once we have received all of this information, we can issue a PDF letter confirming your registration, for purposes of visa application.
