The conference will be located at the JW Marriott Indianapolis in downtown Indy. Room blocks have been reserved at both the JW Marriott for $194 for king or 2 queen bed rooms. An additional blocks of rooms is available at the connected Courtyard Downtown Indianapolis for $174 per night. The hotel reservation system will open on March 1, the same day conference registration opens and when decisions for submitted abstracts are expected.
For those seeking lower cost accommodations, there will also be dorm-style rooms at the adjacent campus of IUPUI in University Tower. The Tower is slightly less than a mile walk to the hotel through the university campus. Our group rate will be approximately $41-45. More details will be available on the site, and reservation for these rooms will also open on March 1 with conference registration.
International travelers requiring a letter of participation or invitation for visa purposes are encouraged to register early, beginning March 1.
