In order to plan for your arrival, we encourage you to register early. When registering, you may elect to pay later or elect to submit your payment at the time of registration. In order to assure your participation, you must complete payment prior to the conference start-date.
The registration form will ask you for the EasyChair Submission numbers of any oral presentations, posters, or lightning talks you had accepted to the conference. In order to guarantee your slot in the program, you must register by May 4. You can choose the invoice option to pay by May 28. The Indianapolis Indians are the professional Triple-A baseball club affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. A block of seats has been reserved for NetSci in the highly acclaimed Victory Field stadium, located across the street from the JW Marriott. The stadium is one of the best in the minor league. The games are fun, enjoyable, lively and the NetSci seating block is ideally placed to see all of the action on the field.

A block of rooms has been reserved on the IUPUI (Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis) campus. To reserve a room at the University Tower Residence Hall you must do so on the conference on-line registration form. Tower Residence Hall does not accept reservations made directly to the facility. Read about rates and details here on our lodging page. You will have an option to select your roommate. If you do not do so, we will assign a someone of the same gender to join you.
When registering, we request that you let us know which days you plan on being at NetSci and which Satellites and School sessions you intend on joining. Your choice is not binding, but gives the planning committee a better idea of attendance and room needs. Before going to the registration form, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the Satellites and Schools. Please be aware that a few satellites have their own "registration" system for their sessions as a way of keeping track of participants. These do not take the place of registering for the Conference.
Registration is located near all the meeting rooms at the White River Registration Station (opposite White River Ballroom).
Registration hours are from 07:00 – 18:00 (7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) on Monday-Friday. If you plan to arrive after 6 pm on Friday, please be in touch with Conference Registrar at: .
On-site registrations and payments by check, Traveler’s check or credit card are accepted. (Cash is not accepted.)
A refund, less a $25.00 administrative charge, will be accepted if received by midnight on Sunday, May 28th. Refunds will be made in the same form that you submitted payment. Refunds will not be issued after May 28th, but you may substitute another delegate.
